Descrição e Responsabilidades:

Provide support and strategic direction to executive and business unit operations management through implementation of HSE systems, programs, procedures, regional initiatives and education, focused on internal and external compliance, incident reduction, risk mitigation, social responsibility and promoting an environmental safety culture.

• Identify and assure 100 % compliance with regulatory requirements including the whole scope of social responsibility, security.
• Lead and implement HSE local and regional programs, and systems, (implementing One Kerry model) in the site of his/her responsibility.
• Support business unit operations (Factories) by serving as subject matter expert in assigned areas through interpreting regulations, internal and external HSE standards and providing guidance on the development and implementation of HSE initiatives across assigned business unit.
• Improve HSE culture based in site team feedback in order to achieve / maintain HSE reduction trend metrics
• Conduct emergency response crisis HSE management and training in site
• Conduct internal  Audit for HSE programs and systems

Qualificações:

• 1-3 years as Factory HSE 
• Industrial engineer / Chemical Engineer or Engineer IMA.
• Desirable: Bachelor Science degree in occupational safety, environmental science, chemistry, or related field.
• Experience working in dynamic and complex environments
• Skills for influencing and goal achieves through others.
• Desirable English: oral and written.
• Ability to interact effectively with local and external stakeholders for site influence environment.
• Solving problems skills (Root cause analysis).
• Skills for conflict handling
• Multitask
