Specifications and Formulas Specialist - Your future position?

We are currently looking for a Specifications and Formulas specialist based in Brazil. In this exciting role you will execute specification and formula management activities to ensure seamless product introduction and change management.
Main responsibilities:
Set-up product specifications and manages changes, including customer specific requirements.
Localize and distribute ingredients, products and formulas. Manage formula changes according to globally established change procedures.
Identify opportunities and execute improvement projects.
Liaise with flavourists to ensure new product introduction rules are adhered to and with Operations to ensure change execution prevents business disruption and unnecessary discards.

Your professioinal profile includes:
- Technical background, University degree or equivalent academic experience in Chemestry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in international operating flavor, food ingredient or pharmaceutical company.
- Understanding of Food Safety and Quality Systems
- Administration/organization skills
- Fluent English and Intermediate Spanish
