Key Deliverables
- Support identification of New Business Opportunities: new products, new applications or distribution agreements
- Support to creates comprehensive plans using marketing and business knowledge based on consumer and market trends
- Works in the development of technical and marketing information to support the team to sell new ingredients and technologies
- Ensure to maintain full the Stage Gate project pipe line for new business opportunities based in market, customers and consumers needs
- Leverages valuable market and customers insights to provide competitive advantage
- Support to creates clear and actionable business plans including market strategy, competition, value proposition, pricing, sales plan and financial returns
- Support in the launches new ingredients and coordinates execution of business plan
- Assures interaction, coordination and communication with regional & global Innovation areas; for projects, strategies and/or initiatives
- Develop network and assure assertive communication at all levels: up, down, and sideways, inside and outside the organization
Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Food or Biochemical Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience in any of these areas: Technical, Commercial or Marketing
- Technical and product applications strong knowledge, Commercial experience, basic financial knowledge desirable.
- Marketing understanding, North America food regulatory norms understanding
- Network building skills
- Experience of the food and beverages industry
- English 100% Fluent
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with commercial areas, R&D, technical Service, manufacturing, and regulatory groups to drive delivery on projects
