Key Responsibilities/职位描述
  1. Responsible for the activities to establish, follow, and continuously improve quality system in lab.
  2. Responsible for managing the routine activities related to base and finish products test, incoming raw materials, and package materials check, sensory evaluation, etc.
  3. Responsible for managing external lab test for ingredients, base and finish products. Good communion with GAIT and APAC Regional lab.
  4. Ensure that test equipment and test method transfer and validation can be completed according to the predefined timetable and requirement of procedure.
  5. Ensure that laboratory SOPs and GLPs are effectively implemented to ensure reliability of results and compliance to MARS and national standards. Perform investigation of atypical or out of specification results and promptly reports the findings for decision taking.
  6. Work close with Supplier management team to ensure materials quality and follow up supplier CAPAs.
  7. Responsible for maintaining EHS working conditions and practices in assigned areas and assuring the safety of all personnel under supervision

Qualifications/任职条件
  1. University degree or above in Chemistry, Food Science / Pharmacy or related discipline.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of industrial Quality Assurance experience in Food / Nutritional / Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing industries or equivalent, relevant experiences with lab management and at least 3 years testing experiences in analytical or microbiology, the knowledge and experience of GMP, GLP and audit is required.
  3. Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
  4. Good analytical and interpersonal skills. Good at planning and execution.
  5. Good leadership and accountability. Rich experience on team management.
