Key Responsibilities/职位描述
To ensure MARS Quality Management System and FSSC22000 implementation in factories and compliance with MARS QMP & China food regulatory.
1. Drive the implementation of GMP on-site in compliance with the Mars GMP/ GHP standard, including GMP for production/ engineering and contractor, etc.
2. Promote quality culture and enhance quality awareness, including leading Quality Training Program and FOCUS Program.
3. Maintain pest control system in factory and deliver the training to different level of associates.
4. Document control system management.
5. CAPA system follow up to make sure all CAPA are not overdue.
6. Maintain change control management, follow up the process, evaluation and status update.
Qualifications/任职条件
- Bachelor degree or above in Food Science, Food Chemistry or Food Engineering
- Above 2 years QA experience in sizable multinational food company.
- Fluent speaking and written English capability, good computer operation and effective communication skill.
- Full knowledge of quality management system – FSSC22000, and quality program GMP/Hygienic design. Familiar with legal food safety requirement, food process technology.
