Provide support to guarantee PSP Productivity targets both related to Packaging "Do Better" Process Productivity as well as True Efficiency plan for LATAM.
*Support TE improvement with follow up of focused actions to assure completion.
*Support platform (Packaging) on technical expertise and network.
*Coordination of Technical-Packaging expertise from Raw material to Packaging room, involving process capability to understand opportunities overall.
*Implement programs to deliver technical and process capabilities to field operations (e.g., Operator Training, Line Audits, and Standard Operating Procedures).
*Incentives, coordinate, and implement new best practices and Breakthrough Innovation for field operations.
*Support performance plans for the region against KPI opportunities, including cost, quality, safety and people capability areas.

Resource with ideal 2-4 years product / process / technical experience.
*In depth knowledge of Packaging and Packaging technologies, as well as process factors impacting TE for the lines.
*Recognized as Process Expert (possibly Site Expert Trainer)
*Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
*Demonstrated technical expert knowledge in product and process, with training and coaching skills.
*Exemplary interpersonal skills with ability to influence others.
*Ability to interpret technical data and distil into useful and actionable information.
*Results oriented (have shown continuous improvement in deliver results in manufacturing area).
*Establish Matrix Relationships, ability to use personal influence, credibility and knowledge to get results through others.
*Knowledge in English and Spanish
*Must be willing to travel (Frequently 50% of time)
*Ability to explain complex technical issues/solutions to a non-technical audience.
*Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze issues looking for root cause, interpret complex data and develop action plans for improvement.
*Team Player, self-starter, self-motivating - able to deal with uncertainty and complexity.
*Cultural sensitivity/flexibility in responding to different cultures.
*Skilled communication and presentation abilities.
