We have a fantastic opportunity to join with us! Mondelez International is looking for: Tech Center Project Manager 

Curitiba RDQI is one of the nine other newly formed global advantaged RDQI centers. The site will continue to jointly lead chocolate, beverages and meals development & deployments for global platforms and regional innovations. And it will also aggregate biscuit and G&C capabilities. The Curitiba Tech Center will also continue to build strong consumer science, analytical and packaging capabilities to deploy breakthrough innovation.
Currently site is located inside the manufacturing plant and is hosting 105 product developers and engineers, scientist. The work is to end in 2019 Q2. The renew site is designed to host 160 odd scientists, engineers and technical professionals with state-of-art GMP, HACCP pilot plant for important platforms.
The incumbent will ensure smooth execution of the new Curitiba site work, business continuity and change management for the current to renew site.

Main Responsibilities

PMO: 
  • Exists to work in a close partnership with the Curitiba site and Project Waze team to manage all the project related activities, regular communication, escalate and manage issues, report progress and mitigate risk in advance.  
  • Manage current RDQI business continuity plan in conjunction with cross functional team 
  • The role is to monitor, report, escalate, manage and mitigate project activities for Waze
  • Deliver, in collaboration with Strategic Site Project Managers, the overall planning and integration of site implementation tracks.  
  • Own & manage the overall project timelines, identifying and resolving timing, resourcing and conflict challenges
  • Communicate & align on project objectives, timelines and accountabilities with the Global Site Strategy for RDQI with RDQLT, MLT and other functions to ensure that the implementation is delivered with all key milestones met
  • Keep internal RDQI and external stakeholders informed of project progress and ensure that risks are escalated to appropriate levels and corrective actions identified, recommended, approved & carried out in a timely manner. 
  • Implement & maintain a framework of governance complying with reporting & documentation requirements for all appropriate stakeholder groups. Set up & coordinate appropriate meetings to ensure this governance approach works effectively – encouraging collaboration & sharing of best practice across all sites
  • Own, agree & implement the principles of design including brand equity, design standards & culture. Ensure that sites look & feel similar and positive feedback is received from colleagues on environmental elements of GPTW
  • Work with the People Lead within the Global Site Strategy Steering Group to align capability plans for each site - both people & supporting tools & equipment.  
  • Work with the Cost Lead within the Global Site Strategy Team to manage overall project cost - expediting financial agreement & managing choices where necessary, ensuring delivery within agreed budget

Qualifications
Academic Knowledge
  • Bachelor´s Degree in engineering  is preferred
Working Knowledge 
  • Knowledge in administrative, project management (management skills, specifically people and resource management)
  • Sound understanding of GMP, Safety, GLP 
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of the Brazil governmental, administrative and regulatory situations in site operation areas
  • Demonstrated knowledge of programme implementation & project management techniques, tools and processes, ideally with AR execution knowledge
  • Significant knowledge of working effectively with regional or global stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement of business processes
