Technical support management of Diana Pet Food product application expertise at customers:
- Meets customers' needs: Performs technical consultancy , technical advices, customer visits, plant audits with diagnosis and suggestions for improvement
- Be regional reference with application expertise: provides training and support to the teams in-house
- Interact with universities and technology development centers to develop and execute a plan for the develeopment of new services.

- Manages projects and services in according to customers needs
- Consolidates expertise in petfood
- Technical support for the Commercial, Marketing, Quality, Production and Sourcing areas as an expert on the use of Palatability Enhancers
- Communication: Take part of review meetings to share expertise
- Take part of the service committee

- Contribution to innovation
- Propose new ideas drinving innovation

Qualification
5 years of experience
Master in Food Science
Prior technical experience in the field of pet food.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to popularize knowledge
Fluent English
