Job Description:

Support global R&D project during data migration. This person will have a coordination role on the "Data Migration" team for the CAST project (Global project that aims to implement SAP system for RD and digitize all the current data). The main objective of this activity is to digitize the technical information of RD (specifications of ingredients, formulas, packaging, product and labeling). Work will be carried out for categories of Nutrition Grains, Salty and Cookies Crackers.

The resource will be the “site lead” for data prep team and will be responsible to support the coordination the daily work of current team of 20 resources for the digitization that require manual extraction, by analyzing spreadsheets and documents and by the analysis, updating, cleaning of data and mapping of information (data mapping) according to fields and structures of the new system. Part of the activity is to coordinate the activities of a team with 20 people to seek information from local teams, and close existing gaps in current documentation (called Legacy).

​Main Activities:

Coordinate the data prep team on daily activities planned and defined by the data prep lead;

Responsible for administrative activities related to the team - local approvals, time tables, communication.

Act as the “site lead” for data prep – being the main point of contact for data prep activities communication with data prep lead and stakeholders;

Perform data mapping to identify the relationship between fields of the current documents and the fields of the new system so that it is possible to migrate information – Execute.

Manually transfer R&D information present in Word, Excel, PPT format specifications to SAP system - Execute

Search for R&D documents with local teams, organize documents according to structure, build document reports. Execute

Support global teams in identifying content of technical documents that are part of the scope of migration Execute

Analyze, confirm with local team and complete gaps of R&D technical documentation - can be in document or spreadsheet format – Execute

Conduct work sessions with SMEs (PD teams, Regulatory, FS, Analytical, Packaging and others) to close the gaps identified in the analyzes. Execute.

Responsible for creating the final information that is submitted for approval before being migrated to the system – Execute

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bacharel in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Biology, Pharmacy or related areas are preferred;

- Experience in the food industry (technical area, RD, Quality);

- Experience with people management is a must;

- Knowledge in technical RD documents (specifications of ingredients, product, packaging, process, etc.) and product development activities.

- Experience with project management is a differential;

- Experience with systems, data analysis, data migration;

- Advanced Excel knowledge and other platforms such as Power BI, Tableau is a differential;

- Required an advanced/fluent level of Spanish and English;

- Good communication skills.
