To manage application labs in Brazil, Argentina and Chile for the 3 categories (Sweet, beverages and savory) giving follow up to projects executing strategy planned and guarantying best in class applications to be delivered to the customers.

Roles & Responsibilities
* Project meetings;
* Project assignment to developers;
* Guarantee best in class applications delivered to customers;
* Strengthen good manufacturing practices in laboratories and applications;
* Responsible for raw materials, spare parts, lab supplies, packaging (bottles, etc.) availability;
* Be in contact with suppliers and co-packers;
* Responsible for equipment maintenance;
* Capex - Improve application laboratories capabilities;
* People development;
* Lead beverage projects;
* Develop recipes for beverage applications;
* Contribute on innovation projects with marketing;
* Projects follow up * Technical support to customers (calls, meetings, customer presentations, etc.)
* Interaction with people in the region for learning/sharing technical information useful in local developments to deliver local success
* Support to the flavorist, SCI and marketing

Knowledge and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or food technical or related areas;
• Fluent English;
• Advanced Spanish;
• Minimum 10 years experience in food or beverage or flavor industries.
