This role will lead a new development/program for the region and support local technologies for Brazil.
A strong global connection is expected due to an intense exchange of knowledge and expertise on new raw materials, processes and equipment, enabling the development of local innovation with global relevance (From Local to Global). Local technologies, involve Innovation, Productivity, Quality and Portfolio transformation projects.
Build new program for the region;
Requirements:
Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry or related courses.
Fluent English indispensable and desirable intermediate Spanish.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong technical and analytical skills to interpret complex data and distil into meaningful information.
Result oriented and able to balance competing priorities without losing momentum and manage uncertainties.
Leadership, proactive, stress management and strategic thinking.
Oriented for problem solving with deep technical evaluation (resilience).
