We have a fantastic opportunity to join with us! Mondelez International is looking for: Global Flavors Senior Sourcing Analyst

The Global Flavors Procurement Analyst supports the global flavor lead to share Procurement best practices, including sourcing strategy deployment and stakeholder management in the regions, database construction and management. Support the teams in the regions with information inputs from global spend area, project implementation, data consolidation and KPI handling in a multicultural environment.

Main Responsibilities

Procurement activities: 

• Sourcing strategies development and implementation;
• Global data management (Global Flavors database)
• Critical Analysis for decision making 
• Be the main point of contact for the first support to the regional Procurement teams, R&D and other relevant stakeholders 
• Align and deploy procurement global strategies in the regions;
• Lead and participate on negotiation with Suppliers

Global Project Implementation:

• Support Global teams in the region and the Global PMO; 
• Procurement Data input and updates in Gobal Database; 
• Build scenarios to guide strategies;
• Volt Report extraction and consolidation;
• Savings Dashboard consolidation and disclosure;
• Automatic tools creation.

Qualifications

Academic Knowledge

• Bachelor Degree in Production Engineering or Business Administration, Economics and related fields
• Fluent in English (Spanish is very welcome)

Working Knowledge 

• Knowledge in Procurement/Spend Area required

Abilities 

• Negotiation Skills
• Project Management 
• Good Communication
• Advanced Excel Skills
