Location: São Paulo, BrazilKey Responsibilities
- Defining, creating and developing applications according to customers’ needs/ trends focused on Savory applications mainly Proteins and Fat&Oils categories
- Assist the business to provide customer focus with the best technical services.
- Works independently on flavor and ingredients applications development projects
- Assists on projects by selecting and evaluating flavors and ingredients, conducting experiments and developing prototypes
- Generate, evaluate and recommend new methods, ingredients, projects, equipment and ways of working;
- Develop innovative products and applications in Savory segment, suggesting solutions for existing and potential issues/opportunities
- Find new opportunities from a technical perspective
- Diploma in Food Science and/or Technology or equivalent
- 4-5 years of experience in application area (important experience in Proteins and Fat&Oils category)
